Support for Amadeus is now live inside YaalaGo, with major functionality already available across Convert PAX, longsell, trip editing, and GDS flight formatting. Here's what’s ready so far:
✅ Phase 1: Convert PAX Supports Amadeus Format
You can now generate Amadeus-ready name and passport lines from the Convert PAX page—just like you could with Sabre. A toggle allows switching between formats, with Sabre still showing by default unless Amadeus is the agency’s only GDS.
✅ Phase 2: Longsell from Client List
You can longsell directly from the client list using Amadeus:
- Select one or more clients, choose Amadeus, and generate NM lines and SSRs.
- Frequent flyer numbers and A programs are fully supported.
- Client details like email, TSA PreCheck, and Global Entry can be updated from the longsell modal and saved directly into the CRM.
- You can also save newly formatted lines straight into the client record for future reuse.
✅ Phase 3: Work With Amadeus PNRs
You can now pull in Amadeus bookings and edit them just like Sabre:
- Use RT and MDR commands to pull in live PNRs.
- Paste the data into YaalaGo’s Trip Builder to auto-populate segments, vendors, and ticket data.
- Assign commission splits, vendor fees, and payment status.
- Trips created from Amadeus PNRs can be saved, edited, and used for invoice generation and markup tracking.
- Includes profit/loss view, customizable client messages, and downloadable PDFs for sharing.
✅ Phase 4: Amadeus Flight GDS Lines + Graphical Output
Amadeus GDS line support is also available via the + Flight GDS tool:
- Add flight segments in Amadeus format and preview in graphical or text versions.
- Easily copy formatted output to share via WhatsApp, email, or other channels.
- Optional pricing display and cabin selection included.
- Useful for proposals and quick share-outs without needing full trip setup.
🔜 Coming Soon: Exchange Support + GDS Cross-Translation
- Exchange support for partially-used Amadeus tickets is in development.
- We're exploring GDS cross-translation, so you can input a Sabre PNR and generate the equivalent Amadeus longsell (and vice versa), like a Google Translate for PNRs.
