Assign Super Admins as Booking Agents

You can now assign a booking agent with a Super Admin role when creating trips in YaalaGo CRM. Previously, only Admin, Agent, or View-Only roles with a lower hierarchy could be selected, preventing employees from booking on behalf of a Super Admin.

With this update, users can now select a Super Admin as a booking agent, making it easier for employees to manage travel arrangements on behalf of their supervisors. This change ensures a smoother workflow without needing workaround accounts or shared credentials.
