Clearer Trip Dates and Client Information



We’ve updated how trips appear in YaalaGo CRM so the dates and client information are clearer across the dashboard.

Trips now display a single date range based on the earliest booking start date and the latest booking end date within the trip. This applies to all booking types, including flights, hotels, and car rentals, so the trip dates reflect the full itinerary even when a trip does not include flights.

Client names also appear correctly on the dashboard whenever a booking has associated clients, so the dashboard client field always reflects the clients attached to the booking.

The dashboard timeline continues to list bookings chronologically using their actual booking start times. Hotel check ins, car pickups, flights, and other bookings appear in the timeline in the correct order so you can quickly understand what is happening and when.

These changes make it easier to see trip timelines and identify the clients and bookings connected to each trip.
