Control How Waitlist Segments Appear When Converting Trips And Proposals

You now decide whether to include only confirmed segments or all segments when converting trips or proposals from GDS. If the system detects any waitlist or unconfirmed segments, a prompt asks if you want to include them.

Confirmed segments include: HK, HS, LK, NK, GK, DK, PK, RR, SS, KK, KL, TK. All other statuses are treated as unconfirmed.

This applies across both Sabre and Amadeus.
