Customizable Date Formats in Agency Settings

We've introduced a new feature that allows agencies to choose their preferred date format within agency settings. This selection will apply system-wide, including in client links, PDFs, emails, and previews.

Available Date Formats:

  • MM/DD/YYYY – 03/15/2022 (Common in the U.S.)
  • DD/MM/YYYY – 15/03/2022 (Used in Europe)
  • YYYY-MM-DD – 2022-03-15 (ISO format, widely used in technical applications)
  • DD Mon YYYY – 15 Mar 2022 (Globally clear and widely recognized)
  • Mon DD, YYYY – Mar 15, 2022 (Familiar for both U.S. and international users)
  • DD.MM.YYYY – 15.03.2022 (Preferred in parts of Europe)

How It Works:

  • The selected format will be reflected across key areas such as client-facing links, proposal documents, emails, and invoices.
  • Input fields with a date picker will continue using the MM/DD/YYYY format to maintain consistency with prior implementations.
  • If no format is selected at the agency level, the default display will be MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM AM/PM (e.g., 03-15-2022 06:47 PM).
