Edit Fully Paid Invoices

You can now edit invoices even after they’ve been fully paid, and everything stays in sync automatically.

Update invoice details, change amounts, add, edit, or remove payments, and make any other adjustments you need. As changes are made, YaalaGo automatically recalculates totals and updates the invoice, related bookings, and associated trips in real time.

Payment status adjusts automatically based on the updated invoice and payment amounts. All linked invoices, bookings, and trips stay aligned, even in more complex scenarios involving multiple bookings or partial payments.

This update gives you more flexibility to handle real-world payment changes while keeping financial data accurate and consistent across the system.
