Enhancements to Proposal Display and Functionality

We’ve introduced several improvements to the proposal feature in YaalaGo CRM to enhance usability and provide clearer information for agents. Here’s what’s new:

  1. Layover Time Display
    Proposals now display layover times, similar to the Convert Flight GDS module. This makes it easier for agents to identify connection durations at a glance.

  2. Fare Rules Button Update
    The Fare Rules button has been redesigned as a link, positioned below the Notes section for a cleaner and more subtle appearance. Since the Notes section only appears when content is present, we’ve ensured the link remains accessible in the general lower section of the proposal.

  3. PCC Display Enhancement
    Proposals now include a PCC field that appears after conversion as free text for each flight group. The PCC is also included in the confirmation email for easier reference. If unavailable, agents can enter the PCC manually.

  4. Flight Duration Information
    Each flight segment now displays its duration, calculated from the departure and arrival times. This information is visible both in proposals and trip confirmations.
