Flight Reminder Emails: Recent Updates

A few things have changed with how flight reminder emails work.

Seat numbers now display exactly as stored (for example, "8A" instead of just "8"), and passengers are listed using their legal first and last name. Only active flight segments appear in the reminder and preview.

The agency-level reminder setting now cascades to all trips automatically. It acts as the source of truth, while the per-trip toggle lets you opt individual trips out.

The email design now matches the agency confirmation style, with a cleaned-up layout and a few cosmetic fixes to the header and footer.
