Improved Cost Calculation for Voided and Refunded Tickets

We've introduced a new feature in YaalaGo CRM that improves the way trip costs are calculated. With this update, voided and refunded tickets are automatically excluded from cost calculations to ensure more accurate reporting.

What's New:

  1. Accurate Trip Costs: Voided and refunded tickets will no longer be added to the total trip cost. This change ensures your trip summaries only reflect valid transactions.
  2. Clearer Status Visibility: On the trip client link, only active tickets will be shown. While statuses like "Voided," "Refunded," "Inactive," and "Archive" will still be available for internal users to review, they won’t appear on client-facing pages.
  3. Payment Management: If a ticket is voided after payment has been made, the system will keep that payment linked to the client's account. This allows you to easily reassign the payment to a future trip or ticket.
  4. Commission Accuracy: Commissions will continue to apply only to tickets that were active at the time of creation. Voided or refunded tickets won’t affect commission records.
  5. Cleaner Transaction Details: To reduce confusion, voided, refunded, inactive, and archived tickets will no longer appear in manual transaction popups.
