Improved Email Template Editing with Static Previews for Agencies

We’ve redesigned the Agency Settings page to make it easier for each agency to manage and customize their email templates confidently.

Here’s what’s new:

  • Agency-Specific Email Templates

    Agencies can now update their own templates directly under Profile → Email Tab without affecting others.

  • Static Previews for Clarity

    We’ve added static image previews so users can see where each type of message or notice appears (e.g., trip confirmation, invoice, proposal). This gives a clear reference while editing, even though the preview isn’t live.

  • Templates Covered

    The update supports the following:

    • Receipt Terms & Conditions (invoice footer)
    • Terms & Conditions URL (shown on all proposals)
    • Custom Notes (specific to proposal bookings)
    • Important Notices (trip confirmation page)
    • Trip Terms & Conditions (bottom of trip confirmation)

  • Proposal-Specific Editing

    For one-off adjustments, users can still modify the proposal summary template per trip.
