Improved Void Timer Calculation for Next-Day Void Rules

We've improved the void timer calculation in YaalaGo CRM to provide more accurate countdowns for next-day void rules.

Now, the timer calculates the void deadline based on the PCC’s time zone. For tickets with a next-day void rule, the system adds one full day to the ticket’s issuance date and sets the void deadline to 11:59 PM on that day.

For example:

  • If a ticket is issued at 5:21 PM New York time on February 10, the void timer will display 1 day and 7 hours if viewed immediately after issuance.
  • If you check the same ticket earlier in the day or on a different date, the remaining time displayed will adjust accordingly.
