Invoices Now Have Clean, Searchable Numbers

We’ve made it easier to identify and search for invoices in YaalaGo CRM by introducing a clearer, agency-specific numbering system.

Here’s what’s changed:

  • New invoices now follow an incremental format like #38, specific to each agency.
  • If a name wasn’t set previously, the system now automatically assigns a number starting from the oldest invoice and moving forward.
  • You can search invoices by their new numbers directly in the system.

This update brings invoice naming in line with proposals, using a consistent format to keep things organized.
