Sabre Sync pulls a PNR straight from Sabre and then keeps watching it for the life of the trip.
When a segment time shifts, a flight is cancelled, or the airline reissues the ticket, Yaalago picks the change up and updates the trip in your CRM. You work from a record that matches what the GDS holds.
Setup runs through the GDS Connection Panel. Your agency admin requests Sabre access, selects the Master PCCs to monitor, and starts syncing once access is approved. From there every monitored PNR stays current on its own.
Sabre Sync is available to Sabre-enabled agencies.
