Three changes to how trip documents get named, shared and displayed.
- Trip PDFs download with a readable name built from the lead passenger's last name and the agency PNR, for example COHEN TRIP - AB12CD. Proposals use the client name and the proposal number.
- The Send and Download buttons appear on the trip client link as soon as the trip has a booking, so you can share documents before a ticket number exists.
- A toggle in trip settings hides the cabin, alongside the fare class option. Turn it on and the cabin drops out of the trip confirmation, the email and the PDF.
