New Payment Deletion Warning and Hide Feature for Invoices

We’ve made updates to improve how payments are managed in YaalaGo CRM based on recent feedback.

  • Clearer Deletion Warning
    When deleting a payment, you will now see a confirmation message that explains the impact clearly:
    "By deleting this payment you not only delete it from this invoice but from the trip and the system itself. This action cannot be undone."
    This message now appears consistently across the Trip, Invoice, Proposal, and Financial sections.

  • New Option to Hide Payments
    You can now hide a payment so it no longer appears on the invoice without deleting it from the system. This allows you to show only the remaining balance a customer needs to pay, ensuring their invoice reflects the correct amount without displaying payments made by others.
