Role and Permission Updates: Full Access for Admins & Agents

We've restructured the role-based access system to give users the flexibility they need while streamlining permissions. Admins and Agents now have expanded access, ensuring smoother workflows and fewer bottlenecks.

What’s Changed?

  1. Full Access for Admins and Agents

    • Admins and Agents now have the same permissions as Super Admins, with a few system-level exceptions.
    • All users can now create car types, hotel room types, cruise types, and other key business elements without restrictions.
  2. Exclusive Super Admin and System Admin Controls

    • Super Admin Only:
      • Bank Transactions
      • Excluded Email
      • Sub Agency Management
    • System Admin Only:
      • Default System Email Template
      • Onboarding Settings
      • Track System Email
  3. Retiring the ‘View Only’ Role

    • The 'View Only' role is now inactive.
    • Users assigned to this role will receive a prompt directing them to contact their Super Admin for an update.
  4. Migrating Users to the New Plan

    • We're moving all users to the latest plan, which grants full access to all features.
