Smart Agency Filtering and Streamlined Visibility Settings

We've made some changes to how the agency filter works across different parts of YaalaGo CRM, making it easier to see what matters most—without extra clutter. This update now applies to the Proposal List, Client List, and Email Template List, just like it does on the Trip List.

Here’s What’s New:

  • If you're a Super Admin, your master agency will now be pre-selected by default.
  • If you're an Admin or Agent with multiple sub-agencies, your master agency will be selected first, but you can still switch views as needed.
  • If you're a System Admin, there’s no default selection—you’ll see all agencies.
  • If you only have one agency (with no sub-agencies), the agency column will be hidden so you’re not seeing unnecessary info.

This ensures that you start with the most relevant agency while keeping the option to view other agencies when needed.
