We’ve introduced a new passport management update to make it easier for you to store documents and stay ahead of expirations.
You can now upload passports through Convert PAX or directly from the Edit Client page. YaalaGo automatically reads the passport details, saves the information to the client record, and stores the document in the client profile.
You can also preview the passport inside YaalaGo in a popup window, without downloading the file.
If a passport expires more than six months from today, you’re prompted to create a reminder. The reminder is prefilled and scheduled for six months before the expiration date, using your agency’s date format. The passport is attached to the notification email so you always know which document it refers to.
If the passport expires within the next six months or is already expired, YaalaGo saves the document but does not create a reminder.
This update helps you keep client passport records organized and ensures you’re notified in time to take action.
