Upload Multiple PDFs When Importing AI Bookings

We’ve added the ability to upload multiple PDFs at once when importing an AI booking in YaalaGo CRM.

You can now add several documents such as flight confirmations, hotel bookings, or other travel files in a single upload. YaalaGo reads the documents, extracts the booking details, and converts them together into a trip or proposal.

Vendor selection works based on the booking type. For non flight bookings, you can choose the vendor individually from the vendor dropdown. For flights, one vendor applies across the tickets so commission can be calculated correctly.

This update makes it easier to process full itineraries from multiple documents in one step while keeping vendor and commission handling accurate.
