You can now see confirmed wheelchair and bassinet requests directly on each relevant flight segment in YaalaGo CRM.
When a wheelchair SSR code WCHC, WCHS, WCHR, WCBD, WCBW, or WCBP is confirmed with HK or KK status in Sabre or Amadeus, YaalaGo automatically marks that specific flight as Wheelchair Confirmed. When a BSCT SSR is confirmed, the system marks the segment as Bassinet Confirmed.
The detection works per passenger and per flight segment. Each SSR line is mapped to the correct leg of the journey, so the confirmation appears exactly where it belongs.
You now see these labels across all key touchpoints:
We also add separate toggles for Wheelchair Confirmed and Bassinet Confirmed on both the Unified Manual page and the Flight Manual page. When a valid SSR is detected, the toggle turns on automatically. If needed, you can manually adjust it to control whether the label appears on the client-facing documents.
This update gives you clearer visibility into confirmed special service requests and ensures your clients see exactly what has been secured for their flight.
